Lights and tech day…
Posted on Thursday, March 15, 2012, 11:10 a.m. by Dede

We are being realistic about specials and will accommodate as many as circuits and dimmers will permit. Yarmouth has a three special limit and I think that is reasonable. We will certainly do our best to make everyone “light happy” and focused!

We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday morning at 9 – if you have specials – and a little after 10 if you are just coming to the meeting! Keep those emails coming!

Tech day schedule now official
Posted on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 2:27 p.m. by DCM

It’s official – tech day schedule is no longer tentative:

  • 9 a.m. hang specials
  • 10:30 a.m. general meeting, followed by tour, etc.

See the schedule.

Tech questions? We got you covered
Posted on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 12:15 p.m.  by DCM

If you have tech questions, you can contact Brad Knowles directly. His info is now on the Contact Us page.

There might have been some confusion earlier – if you have website questions, difficulty with registration, etc., please contact David Connerty-Marin. The true “tech” stuff – theatre lights, sound, etc. – should go to Brad. David is still glad to serve as intermediary, too… but he won’t have the answers himself.

Schedule is coming
Posted on Tuesday, March 13, 10 a.m. by DCM

We’ll have a schedule for tech day, this Saturday the 17th, sometime later today. Check the schedule tonight or tomorrow.

Meantime, here’s a rough sketch: people who want to hang specials should show up at 9 a.m.; general meeting, tour etc. at 10:30 a.m. (This is tentative, so check back; and Dede will email.)
